At PakSP, we want you to have a safe and satisfactory shopping experience. That's why we offer a clear and transparent refund policy.

1. Refund Period:

You have up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product to request a refund if you are not satisfied with it.

2. Refund Conditions:

For the refund to be processed, the product must be in its original packaging, unused and with all its accessories.

3. How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, you must access your profile on the PakSP website and click on "Request Refund". You can also contact our customer service team by email info@paksp.com or by phone: +55 11 95374-5010.

4. Refund Processing:

After the refund request, our team will analyze the case and, if approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to the same payment method used in the purchase.

5. Exceptions:

The refund policy does not apply to products:

  • Digitally downloaded: such as ebooks, music and movies.
  • Personalized: with name, photo or other customer specific information.
  • Used or damaged: after receipt by the customer.
  • Without original packaging: or with missing accessories.
