Description

Cachaça Salinas Amburana 1000ml/33.8fl.oz.

The Cachaça

Cachaça Salinas Amburana 1000ml is stored for two years in amburana barrels. Light, has an alcohol content of 40%. With sweet notes of cinnamon and vanilla, it harmonizes well with desserts, fruit salads and ice cream, especially with the traditional roll cake.

History of the Alembic

For three generations, the Medrado family has been preparing, with great care, a differentiated still cachaça, which delights Brazilians and the world. In Salinas, in the north of Minas, family members gathered to make a delicious drink, whose fame brought admirers from all over the region in search of a drink. This tradition went through time and, in 1986, it was named Cachaça Salinas.

Heleno Medrado turned the family's favorite pastime into a company that, in its early years, won over a legion of connoisseurs across the country. The secret for this recognition was never a mystery: from preparing the land to placing the labels, each bottle receives the same attention, with care for what is done in the family, to be tasted among friends, in harmony.

The city of Salinas is known as the World Capital of Cachaça, as it has the largest artisanal production of the distillate in Brazil and in the world. The excellent geographic location provides soil and climate suitable for the cultivation of sugar cane and production of Artisanal Cachaça. Since 2012, the region has the Seal of Geographical Indication given by the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI).
